Wine Nice dark ruby colour, Complex nose with  red fruits and spices , leather and toasted notes. Taste of black, ripe fruit and oak.

Advantages:

- Malolactic fermentation and ageing in new oak barrels

- Very powerfull wine

- Silky tannins

- Aromas of oak and stewed/ripe fruit                                                  

- Good ageing capacity

Tasting:

- Keep between 1 and 10 years

- Open 2 hours before drinking

- Grilled meat, cheese and game

- Serve: between 15°C and 18°
